Executive Search Information Services provides a unique service to hiring organizations: better information about retained search consultants they may select for important engagements.
We have observed search firms more than for 20 years (see About David Lord) and serve only hiring organizations. Companies that currently pay us an annual fee to inform them are all named at The Exchange. No others are given access to our data.
Our clients see lists of recommended search consultants by specialty worldwide and, in addition, they ask us regularly to suggest search consultants for specific engagements.
The question always begins with a desire to know who has conducted searches recently in this space whom we can recommend.
We have created 5 fields in our database to note your specialties. For the first time we are giving you access to that list, to see what specialties we have assigned to you and to give you the opportunity to improve them.
From the dropdown list in one or more of the fields, select a specialty where you personally have conducted recent engagements. If you don't see your specialty listed please enter it under Comments. Please list only specialties where recent work would substantiate your experience when potential clients inquire: in effect, the fewer the better.
To underline your experience, please enter as much information as you would like under Recent Searches. Do not disclose confidential information, but please enter information you would be comfortable sharing with a prospective client.
