The Executive Search Academy helps companies succeed in leadership recruiting by educating corporate executives on best practices in executive search and management of executive recruiting initiatives.

The Academy is a 2-day workshop offered several times a year in New York City. Its curriculum is based on best practices developed through several years of research and discussion among heads of executive recruiting from more than 100 Fortune 500 companies.

Academy sessions are led by David Lord, facilitator of the Executive Search Information Exchange, with assistance from executive recruiting leaders from top corporations and executive search firms.
