ESIX participants meet 11 times a year: 7 in New York, typically at the Harvard Club of New York, and 4 on the West Coast, where companies take turns hosting meetings. Meetings are half-day except for one full-day gathering each June in New York for participants from both coasts.

Participants and invited guests research and discuss a variety of topics related to executive recruiting:

  • Executive hiring effectiveness
  • Selecting and engaging executive search consultants
  • Building an internal executive search capability
  • Advancements in candidate ID and assessment
  • Executive onboarding and retention

Participating companies pay an annual fee, entitling an individual to attend meetings, receive written reports, have access to Executive Search Information Services for information on executive recruiting (see www.davidlord.com), and become acquainted with their counterparts in leading companies.

Participation is by invitation.
